Unified Login: We utilize a central authentication system. An account created via Google Sign-In on one of our platforms (e.g., DocumentIQ) constitutes an “Albert Software Account.”

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Services.

Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including software, design, text, and the “Albert Software,” “DocumentIQ,” “CommentIQ” trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of Albert Software.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of our Services may require a paid subscription. Pricing terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified on the respective pricing pages of each individual product (e.g., documentiq.io/pricing). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your selected plan.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Albert Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
